Its main function is to control the opening and closing of the slag discharge door through the hydraulic system during the operation of the coal mill to discharge impurities such as stone coal generated inside the coal mill. The hydraulic slag discharge door assembly 21MG30.11.05 usually includes a slag discharge door, a hydraulic cylinder, a connecting flange, a sealing plate and other components. The slag discharge door is composed of a door plate, a frame plate and a sealing plate stacked together. There is a spring pressure structure between the frame plate and the sealing plate to ensure that the sealing plate can tightly press the door plate to prevent impurities from entering. The hydraulic cylinder is responsible for providing power and controlling the opening and closing of the slag discharge door through the hydraulic system.
