Structure:
The valve body of the one-way valve 1" is made of cast iron material, and the valve disc is made of rubber material. The valve disc is the core component of a one-way valve, usually a movable component. It will automatically open or close according to the flow direction of the medium, achieving unidirectional flow, thereby playing a role of air replenishment and check in pneumatic ash transportation.

Working Principle:
The working principle of one-way valve 1": When the airflow flows from the forward direction of the one-way valve, the valve disc will be pushed open, and the airflow can pass smoothly; When the airflow reverses, the valve disc will be affected by its own weight and medium pressure, automatically closing the valve to prevent the airflow from flowing back.
