Product Description

The bladder type accumulator is an efficient and reliable hydraulic energy storage device. Mushroom oil valves play a crucial role in bladder type accumulators. It consists of a valve body and a spring. When the internal pressure of the accumulator exceeds the set value, the mushroom valve closes, preventing hydraulic oil from flowing out of the accumulator. This can store the liquid in the accumulator for use when the system needs it.

Mushroom valve have the advantages of small inertia, sensitive action, and easy maintenance. Widely used in industries such as automobiles, mechanical machine tools, petroleum, aerospace, etc.

Working Principle:
The working principle of the mushroom valve: When the system requires hydraulic energy, the pressure inside the accumulator begins to decrease. At the same time, external pressure acts on the spring on the mushroom valve, causing the spring to be compressed. When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the accumulator decreases to a certain extent, the elastic force of the spring exceeds the force of the valve closing, and the mushroom valve reopens, allowing hydraulic oil to enter the accumulator again.
