The displacement sensor TDZ-1B-03 adopts a 3-wire wiring method, which makes the installation and maintenance process easier. During the installation process, just connect the brown and yellow wires of the primary coil to the corresponding terminals of the power supply, the green and black wires of the secondary 1, and the blue and red wires of the secondary 2 to the input terminals of the transmitter. After the wiring is completed, it is necessary to check whether the connection is firm to ensure that there is no looseness. This easy installation and simple maintenance feature greatly reduces the cost of using the sensor.

Precautions for installation and use of LVDT displacement sensors:
When installing, it is necessary to install the sensor on a flat surface. The sensor should not be close to the conductive metal, usually at a distance of more than 20mm. It should not be close to strong magnetic fields or currents, and the sensor should not be partially placed inside a closed conductor.
