The J761-003A Servo Valve is specifically designed for the EH oil system of steam turbines to supply oil to the actuator of the safety regulation system, ensuring its normal operation. Due to the high pressure of the EH oil, small clearances in the hydraulic moving parts, and a servo valve clearance of 5 to 10 micrometers, it is essential to ensure that the oil particle size meets the specified SAE 2 or NAS 5 level before proceeding to the next stage of the debugging process.
Structure:
The J761-003A flow control servovalves are designed to provide high-performance control for electrohydraulic systems. The valve consists of a closed center, four-way sliding spool as its output stage, ensuring precise control and efficient operation. The pilot stage features a symmetrical double-nozzle and flapper, driven by a double air gap, dry torque motor. To provide accurate spool position feedback, a cantilever spring is used in the mechanical feedback system.
The J761-003A Servo Valve stands out with its simple and rugged design, ensuring dependable and long-lasting performance. The design incorporates a carbide-tipped feedback wire, controlled by a carbide ball at its end, which is a mandatory requirement to ensure high accuracy, reliable operation, and extended service life.
