The FTV camera tube also facilitates centralized scheduling and automation of the production process. By transmitting the flame image in real time, the operator can remotely monitor the operation of the boiler and realize automatic control. This not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces labor costs.

Product Features:
A specially developed special high-temperature resistant pinhole lens is used, with a large field of view (90º) and high resolution (32 line pairs/mm). The lens is made of high-temperature resistant materials, and the front end is a sapphire lens, which greatly improves the high-temperature resistance, anti-pollution ability and service life of the lens;
The camera tube does not require water cooling or a micro-refrigerator, and only requires a small amount of compressed air or nitrogen to purge the lens. The high-temperature lens has a self-cleaning function, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional water-cooled camera tubes, such as easy clogging, corrosion, water leakage, complex pipelines, easy damage, and short service life. At the same time, since there is no need to lay cooling water pipelines, installation and maintenance are simple and engineering costs are low;
The camera tube protective cover is made of special high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant materials and a special structural design to effectively protect the high-temperature optical lens and camera. The camera tube structure is reasonably simple, easy to maintain, and has a long service life. The gravity-type self-locking furnace door is used, with a simple structure and reliable operation. It will not cause mechanical failures due to heat deformation of the furnace door. After the cooling protection jacket exits the furnace, the peephole can be automatically closed to seal the furnace;
