The turbine shaft vibration transmission protection unit TM301-A02-B01-C00-D00-E00-F00-G00 is an instrument device used to monitor the vibration status of large rotating machinery shaft systems such as steam turbines. It can measure the vibration amplitude of the shaft in real time and convert it into electrical signal output for remote monitoring and control of system safety protection.

The TM301-A02-B01-C00-D00-E00-F00-G00 shaft vibration transmitter is installed on the turbine bearing seat or other suitable sensors (such as eddy current probes, acceleration sensors, magneto electric eddy current sensors, etc.) to monitor the absolute vibration amplitude and frequency of the shaft. These sensors can sense vibration changes at the micro to micro level.

The mechanical vibration signals captured by the TM301-A02-B01-C00-D00-E00-F00-G00 sensor are converted into electrical signals, generally providing standardized active outputs of 4-20mA to 20mA or 1-5V. This allows the signals to be transmitted remotely to the PLC system, DCS or SCADA system in the control room, facilitating centralized monitoring and data recording.
