The JNJ3900/56 watt vibration intensity monitoring instrument has a dual channel design, which can simultaneously monitor two different vibration parameters, improving the accuracy and efficiency of monitoring. In terms of product performance, the measured values and alarm settings of the JNJ3900/56 watt vibration intensity monitor can be clearly displayed on the LED digital tube, making it convenient for operators to understand the equipment status in real time. When the vibration exceeds the alarm set value, the alarm indicator light will light up, and a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment. The alarm setting delay adjustment function can be set within the range of 1-60 seconds, effectively preventing false alarms caused by on-site interference.
In addition, the JNJ3900/56 watt vibration intensity monitor also has a current output interface, which can be connected to computers, DCS, PLC systems, paperless recorders and other equipment to achieve remote data monitoring and control. At the same time, it also has power on/off detection function and sensor disconnection detection function, which can cut off the alarm and shutdown output circuit in case of sensor disconnection or other faults, effectively suppressing instrument false alarms.
