The photoelectric converter EMC-02 is suitable for high-temperature industrial television systems in power plant boilers and is an upgraded product of EMC-01. Compared with EMC-01, it is more accurate, adaptable, and safer.

The photoelectric converter EMC-02 is an electronic device that converts optical signals into electrical signals or converts electrical signals into optical signals. Its working principle depends on its purpose and type.
When a photoelectric converter converts light signals into electrical signals, it typically includes a photosensitive element, such as a photodiode or photodetector. When the light signal is irradiated on the photosensitive element, it will generate certain current or voltage changes, which are converted into electrical signals and transmitted to the circuit.
When the photoelectric converter converts electrical signals into optical signals, a laser or light-emitting diode is usually used. Electrical signals are transmitted through circuits to lasers or light-emitting diodes, which convert them into optical signals and transmit them through optical fibers or other transmission media.

The high-temperature industrial television system of the power plant adopts a micro gas protection method. The camera tube is extended into the high-temperature furnace through an electric actuator to obtain the image inside the furnace, and the image signal is transmitted to the special industrial television system of the monitor. The system adopts structured design, with convenient installation and maintenance, strong environmental adaptability, strong anti-interference ability, high temperature and corrosion resistance, large field of view angle, clear images, low gas consumption, and long service life.
