Balance pressure: The breather is connected to the sealing air system to connect the oil cavity inside the roller with the sealing air outside. When the coal mill is running, the oil temperature inside the roller will rise, causing the volume of the oil to expand. The respirator can release excess oil to balance the pressure inside the roller and prevent damage to the roller due to excessive pressure. 2. Prevent coal powder from entering: The breather cooperates with the sealing air system to form a clean annular seal. The sealing air flows through the inner cavity of the roller frame to the outside of the oil seal of the roller and the air sealing ring between the roller frame, forming a seal here to prevent coal powder from entering the inside of the roller, thereby protecting the oil seal from being worn by coal powder. 3. Reduce the temperature of the roller: The breather is connected to the sealing air system to enable the sealing air to flow through the outside of the oil seal of the roller and the air sealing ring between the roller frame. This process can take away some of the heat inside the roller, play a certain cooling role, and help maintain the normal working temperature of the roller. |
