The SDJ-3L/G wall mounted vibration monitor is a device that provides safety assurance for rotating machinery. It can measure and monitor the vibration of bearings, which is crucial for ensuring the safe operation of the equipment and preventing potential failures. Very suitable for monitoring the vibration of bearing shells in rotating machinery such as steam turbines, it is an important tool for ensuring the safe operation of equipment in industries such as power, machinery, chemical, and metallurgy.
Function:
1. Display function: The measured values and alarm set values can be displayed through LED digital tubes, making it convenient for operators to read real-time data.
2. Alarm system: When the detected vibration exceeds the preset alarm value, the alarm indicator light will light up and a switch signal will be output on the back panel of the equipment to protect the monitored equipment from damage. The alarm system also has a delay adjustment function, which can prevent false alarms caused by temporary on-site interference. The delay time can be adjusted between 1 to 60 seconds.
3. Output interface: The device is equipped with a current output interface, which can be connected to external devices such as computers, distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controller (PLC) systems, or paperless recorders for further data processing and recording.
4. Monitoring function: The protective device has power on and off detection functions, which can monitor the connection status of sensors. If the sensor is disconnected, the protective device will immediately cut off the alarm and shutdown output circuit, effectively avoiding equipment shutdown caused by instrument false alarms. In addition, the protector also allows switching between monitoring modes of vibration intensity and amplitude to meet different monitoring needs.
