LVDT Position Sensor TDZ-1B-02 is a sensing element used for measuring displacement. The working principle of this sensor is to convert linear mechanical motion into electrical energy, thereby achieving automatic measurement and control of displacement. It has the advantages of simple structure, high accuracy, and easy maintenance, therefore it is widely used in industrial environments.
The sensitivity of LVDT Position Sensor TDZ-1B-02 is affected by temperature. To ensure measurement accuracy, the body signal demodulation device needs to be used away from the magnetic field. In practice, it is possible to determine whether a sensor is malfunctioning by measuring the resistance between the red and yellow wires.
Regarding the working temperature of sensors, they are divided into high-temperature and ordinary types. The temperature range of the high-temperature type is -40 ºC to 210 ºC, suitable for applications that require use in high-temperature environments. The temperature range of the regular model is -40 ºC to 150 ºC, which is the default model and suitable for most conventional application scenarios. If special instructions are required, both high-temperature and regular models can be customized.
