Product Description

The C9206013 solenoid valve is suitable for the automatic shutdown trip system (AST) of steam turbines. The AST solenoid valve overcomes the spring tension and closes the pressure free return port through the slide valve in a charged state, thereby establishing the oil pressure for the AST emergency trip oil. When the AST solenoid valve is powered off, the valve core opens the high-pressure oil discharge channel, causing the AST emergency trip oil to lose pressure, achieving safe shutdown and tripping functions.

The C9206013 solenoid valve has the characteristics of compactness, orderliness, and lightweight, making it easy and fast to install, which can reduce assembly costs. It also has a leak free structure that can provide reliable sealing under high pressure conditions. The solenoid valve has high design flexibility, low installation cost, small overall size, excellent performance and control ability, high reliability, and can withstand high working pressure and flow.

Working Principle:
The working principle of solenoid valve C9206013: When the coil is energized, the current in the coil generates a magnetic field, attracting the valve core to move upwards, thereby opening the fluid channel. When the current is disconnected, the valve core is pushed back to its original position by the spring, forming a seal between the valve body and the valve core, blocking flow. By controlling the on/off of the current, the solenoid valve can be opened and closed, enabling it to block flow in both directions during power outages and play a role in applications where fluid flow needs to be controlled and stopped.
