Product Description

 

The SZ-6(K) vibration sensor is designed for vibration monitoring in industrial environments. It combines advanced sensing technology and robust build quality to provide users with accurate and reliable vibration data to support equipment maintenance, fault prediction and optimized operation. Whether it is used for bearing cover vibration of rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, fans, pumps, or other critical industrial equipment, it can provide excellent performance.


 

Working principle:

This vibration sensor mainly works based on the piezoelectric effect or electromagnetic induction principle. Piezoelectric sensors use the characteristics of piezoelectric materials to generate electric charges when subjected to mechanical vibration, thereby converting vibration signals into electrical signals. Electromagnetic induction sensors generate electrical signals by sensing the changes in the magnetic field generated when the object being measured vibrates. After amplification and filtering, these electrical signals can be converted into standard analog signals (such as 4~20mA current signals) or digital signals for subsequent data acquisition, analysis and processing systems.
