The roller assembly MG23.23.11.0 of a coal mill is a key component used to grind coal in a coal mill. It is mainly composed of rollers, roller shafts, bearings, oil seals, etc. The function of the roller assembly is to grind the coal into coal powder through relative movement with the grinding disc. Under the action of hydraulic loading force, the roller applies pressure to the coal layer on the grinding disc to achieve coal crushing. The design and material selection of the roller assembly need to be able to withstand greater pressure and wear to ensure efficient operation and a long service life of the coal mill.
