The LEVEL INDICATOR B49H-10/2-W is a unique water level gauge designed specifically for boiler water level monitoring to ensure safe operation of the boiler. As an instrument, it is directly installed on the boiler and can visually observe the changes in water level. The steam is red and water is green, the steam is full and all red, and the water is full and all green. It automatically and continuously monitors the boiler water level as the water level changes, thereby reliably monitoring the boiler water level.

Product Features:

This LEVEL INDICATOR B49H-10/2-W overcomes the drawbacks of ordinary flat water level gauges that cannot be determined when water is full or dry, as well as the drawbacks of unclear and erroneous steam and water interfaces in transmission or reflection dual color water level gauges. Its excellent performance and accuracy are achieved through optical principles, by displaying different colors in the vapor and water parts, with vapor appearing red and water appearing green, allowing observers to clearly distinguish the vapor and water interfaces.

The LEVEL INDICATOR B49H-10/2-W is connected to the upper and lower valves, the drain valve is connected to the lower valve, and both the upper and lower valves have flanges connected to the boiler flange. When in operation, the upper and lower valves are open (at this time, the drain valve is closed), so that the water level gauge and the boiler form a connected circuit. At this point, the liquid level of the water level gauge is the height of the water level in the boiler.
