Working principle: The working principle of the hydraulic coupling is mainly to transfer energy through the interaction between the pump wheel and the turbine. Inside the coupler, the pump wheel is connected to the input shaft, and the turbine is connected to the output shaft, and the space between the two is filled with working oil. When the motor drives the pump wheel to rotate, the working oil flows from the inside of the blade to the outer edge under the action of the pump wheel blades, forming a high-speed and high-pressure liquid flow at the outlet of the centrifugal water pump. The liquid flow enters the turbine, impacts the turbine blades, drives the turbine and the pump wheel to rotate in the same direction, thereby transferring energy to the output shaft. By changing the position of the conduit inside the coupler, the thickness of the working oil layer in the working chamber (i.e., the degree of fullness) can be changed, thereby realizing stepless speed regulation of the working machine and changes in output power without changing the motor speed. |
