Product Description

The primary gear shaft inner bearing YOT51-03-00 plays the role of supporting the rotation of the primary gear shaft in the hydraulic coupling. The bearing adopts high-precision rolling element design and is made of high-quality alloy steel material. It can withstand high-speed rotation and axial load from the primary gear shaft to ensure the smooth operation of the transmission system.

The YOT51-03-00 inner bearing has excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance and load-bearing capacity, and can maintain stable performance for a long time under high-speed and high-load working conditions.

Working principle:
The working principle of the hydraulic coupling is mainly to transfer energy through the interaction between the pump wheel and the turbine. Inside the coupler, the pump wheel is connected to the input shaft, and the turbine is connected to the output shaft, and the space between the two is filled with working oil. When the motor drives the pump wheel to rotate, the working oil flows from the inside of the blade to the outer edge under the action of the pump wheel blades, forming a high-speed and high-pressure liquid flow at the outlet of the centrifugal water pump. The liquid flow enters the turbine, impacts the turbine blades, drives the turbine and the pump wheel to rotate in the same direction, thereby transferring energy to the output shaft. By changing the position of the conduit inside the coupler, the thickness of the working oil layer in the working chamber (i.e., the degree of fullness) can be changed, thereby realizing stepless speed regulation of the working machine and changes in output power without changing the motor speed.

Adjustable speed: It has a wide speed range, generally up to 1:5, which can meet the speed regulation requirements under various load conditions.
No-load start: The coupler can start the motor under no-load condition, reduce the impact on the power grid, reduce the starting current, and extend the service life of the motor.
Overload protection: When the load exceeds the set value, the coupler can automatically adjust the output torque to prevent the motor from overloading and burning, and protect the transmission system.
Isolate vibration: It can effectively isolate and reduce mechanical vibration, and improve the stability and reliability of the transmission system.
Long service life: Since there are no direct contact mechanical parts inside the coupler, wear and failure rate are reduced, and the service life is extended.
 
Applications:

Fans and pumps: In fluid machinery such as fans and pumps, it realizes stepless speed regulation to meet the needs of load changes while reducing energy consumption and noise.
Conveying machinery: In conveying machinery, such as belt conveyors, scraper conveyors, etc., it balances the load when multiple motors are driven, realizes synchronous operation, and improves the stability and reliability of the equipment.
Metallurgical machinery: In metallurgical machinery, it withstands high temperature, high pressure and heavy load working environment to protect the transmission system from damage.
Chemical machinery: In chemical machinery, it isolates and slows down mechanical vibration to reduce equipment failures and maintenance costs.
