The bellows pressure relief valve BXF-25 and BXF-40 are suitable for steam turbine generator sets, with a diameter of DN25 or DN40, a pressure of 1.6MPa, a takeoff pressure of 0.9MPa, and a medium of 32 turbine oil.

The pressure relief valve adopts a corrugated pipe structure, which can quickly and effectively regulate the system pressure, ensuring the stable operation of the system. During the operation of the generator set, the pressure relief valve BXF-25 can help regulate the pressure of the system, prevent damage to the equipment caused by high or low system pressure, and also ensure the normal operation of the system and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Working Principle:
The working principle of the bellows pressure relief valve BXF-25 is to use the elastic deformation of the bellows to achieve pressure regulation. When the pressure in the system exceeds the set valve opening pressure, the bellows relief valve will open, allowing some fluid to be discharged through the relief valve to reduce system pressure. On the contrary, when the system pressure drops below the set valve closing pressure, the bellows relief valve will close, preventing the fluid from continuing to discharge.
