Servo valve 0508.1161T0101.AW031 is a high-performance actuator mainly used in electrical hydraulic servo systems. It uses a feeder pole made of sapphire, which is more sturdy than regular diamonds, and has excellent wear resistance and durability. The end port made of sapphire can prevent wear and pollution at the inlet of the valve, thereby extending the service life of the valve and improving its stability and reliability.
The flushing plate of the servo valve is a component used for flushing and filtering the servo valve. The main function of the flushing plate is to remove impurities and dirt inside the servo valve, effectively preventing impurities from entering the valve, ensuring smooth flow of the valve, and extending the service life of the valve.
The flushing plate is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy. The structural design of the flushing plate ensures good filtration performance and sufficient strength.
The flushing plate is usually installed at the inlet and outlet of the servo valve. During the flushing process, high-pressure oil generates a high-speed jet through the nozzle on the flushing plate, flushing the inside of the valve. At the same time, the feedback spring on the flushing plate ensures that the valve maintains a stable working state under the action of high-pressure oil.
