The steam turbine ejection oil solenoid valve 2YV is a commonly used solenoid valve for steam turbine flying ring oil injection tests. By energizing the injection solenoid valve 2YV, oil is sprayed into the emergency governor, causing the flying ring to strike out. This test is an important step to maintain the movement of the flying ring and prevent jamming, ensuring that the emergency governor flying ring can quickly fly out of the turbine unit in case of overspeed, ensuring the safety of the turbine generator unit.

Structure:
The oil injection solenoid valve 2YV is composed of a valve body, magnetic core, coil, spring, etc. The valve body is a cavity for containing oil, while the valve core is a component that moves within the valve body. The coil is usually wrapped around the magnetic core, and when energized through the coil, a magnetic field is generated to act on the magnetic core. Springs are used to control the opening and closing speed and force of the valve core.
