Four-way valve 1F05404 is commonly used in hydrogen dryers to control the flow of hydrogen gas, in order to achieve the regeneration of desiccants and the circulation of hydrogen gas. This type of valve plays an important role in hydrogen dryers as it needs to work reliably in high-pressure and corrosive environments.
The basic principle of four-way valve 1F05404 is to change the flow of hydrogen gas by rotating or moving the valve core. When the valve is opened, hydrogen gas can flow through the desiccant bed to remove moisture and other impurities. When the valve is closed, the desiccant bed can be regenerated, usually by heating the bed layer to evaporate the adsorbed water for reuse.
1. Four-way valve at the hydrogen inlet:
-Used to control the process of hydrogen entering the dryer.

-During system startup or maintenance, hydrogen sources can be isolated to ensure safety.
2. Four-way valve at hydrogen outlet:
-Used to control the process of hydrogen gas leaving the dryer after drying.
-When the desiccant needs to be regenerated, the outlet of hydrogen gas can be cut off to ensure a smooth regeneration process.
-During system startup or maintenance, the dryer can be isolated to prevent hydrogen leakage.
Two four-way valves 1F05404 work together to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the hydrogen dryer. This layout also provides backup, that is, if one valve fails, the other valve can take over, ensuring the continuous operation of the system.
