The eddy current sensor TM0180-A07-B00-C04-D05is a sensor that uses the eddy current effect for non-contact measurement. It is mainly composed of a probe and a preamplifier. The probe is wound with a coil, which forms a high-frequency oscillation circuit together with the oscillation circuit in the preamplifier. When the sensor is working, the metal surface being measured will produce an eddy current effect, and the change in the distance between the probe and the metal surface will cause the magnetic field generated by the eddy current to change, which in turn causes the impedance of the oscillator formed by the probe and the preamplifier to change. By measuring the change in the impedance of the probe coil, the distance information between the probe and the measured surface can be accurately obtained. |
