The frequency meter SFB-4003 is an instrument used to monitor and display the output frequency of the generator. In the process of hydroelectric power generation, the speed of the generator is directly related to the output voltage and frequency. Therefore, the frequency meter SFB-4003 is a very important component of the speed control system.
Function:
1. Display real-time frequency: The frequency meter can display the frequency output of the generator in real time for operators to monitor.
2. Frequency measurement: The frequency meter can also measure the output frequency of the generator to ensure that the frequency is within the specified range.
3. Control function: It can be linked with the speed control system and automatically adjust the guide vanes or needle valves of the water turbine according to the set frequency range to control the input water flow of the water turbine, thereby adjusting the speed and output frequency of the generator.
4. Protection function: When the frequency of the generator exceeds the set safety range, the frequency meter can sound an alarm or automatically activate the protection device, such as emergency shutdown, to protect the safety of power generation equipment and personnel.
