Product Description

The DC adjustable bolt heating control cabinet is used with the DC turbine bolt heating rod ZJ-21-3(R). It has the advantages of stable and adjustable output DC voltage (0-220V adjustable), multiple output channels (up to 12 loads), large output power, and safety and reliability. It can meet the needs of installing and removing bolts of high, medium and low pressure cylinders of steam turbines, improve work efficiency and ensure the smooth progress of work.

 

Technical parameters:
The rated working voltage of the electric heater is 220±20V. DC 100V, low voltage 50V;
The center line straightness of the electric heater with an insertion length of less than 1m is not greater than Ø0.3mm; the center line straightness of the insertion length of 1-2m is not greater than Ø0.4mm;
The diameter deviation of the insertion part is -0.20mm/-0.50mm;
The length deviation of the insertion part is ±5mm, the heating length deviation is ±5mm, and the bottom cold end length is 25-30mm;
The electric heater is required to heat evenly during use, and local overheating is not allowed.
