| The SMCB-01 turbine magnetoelectric speed sensor is a high-precision, high-reliability device designed specifically for turbine speed measurement. The sensor works based on the principle of magnetoelectric induction and can convert the rotational motion of the gear at the shaft end of the measured turbine into a square wave pulse electrical signal, thereby accurately monitoring the turbine speed. The SMCB-01 sensor integrates precise magnetoelectric induction elements and signal processing circuits. When the gear at the shaft end of the turbine rotates, the teeth and tooth grooves of the gear will periodically pass through the sensor probe, causing the magnetic flux around the probe to change periodically. This change in magnetic flux will generate an induced electromotive force in the coil of the sensor, which will then output a series of positive and negative pulse signals. The frequency of the signal is proportional to the speed of the measured turbine, so the turbine speed can be determined by measuring the frequency of the signal. |
