XD-TB-1-1230 bipolar deviation switch, also known as anti deviation switch. Used to detect the deviation phenomenon during the operation of belt conveyors, output alarms or shutdown signals based on the actual deviation amount of the belt, which can effectively prevent accidents caused by belt deviation. This series of deviation switches has a two-stage action function. The first level action is used for alarm, and the second level action is used for automatic shutdown. When the tape machine is running, when the tape deviates and comes into contact with the vertical roller of this switch, the vertical roller rotates. If the deviation continues to increase, the squeezing vertical roller will shift.
Belt conveyor is a continuous transportation equipment driven by an electric motor, mainly used to transport materials and finished products, widely used in industry. In the continuous operation of belt conveyors, slippage, breakage, scratches, overload, and coupling disconnection often occur, leading to serious consequences of ore crushing. Therefore, the detection of faults is of great significance. This article focuses on the research of the fault detection system for belt conveyors. Unlike the sensors used in the past, a new testing method is adopted, which uses a torque sensor to measure the phenomena of slipping, belt breakage, overload, and coupling disconnection of the belt conveyor.
