The electric heating control cabinet DJZ-03 is a device specially designed for heating large bolts of steam turbines. Its purpose is to heat large bolts during the maintenance and assembly of steam turbines, so as to expand them for subsequent tightening. Since the diameter of large bolts is usually above 56 mm, it is difficult to achieve the required tightening torque by cold tightening alone. By heating, the bolts can be elongated, and then a pre-tightening force is generated during the cooling process, thereby achieving tightening. |

Product Features The working principle of the electric heating control cabinet DJZ-03 is to first apply a certain cold tightening torque to the bolt, then heat it to make it elongate, and rotate the nut for a certain arc length to achieve a predetermined tightening force. This process can effectively increase the pre-tightening force of the bolt, thereby improving the operating efficiency and stability of the steam turbine. |
Applications Suitable for three-phase four wire 380V, 50HZ power supply. It has eight output circuits and can heat multiple bolts simultaneously. Each circuit is equipped with a current indicator and a start stop heating button. In case of emergency, the power can be immediately cut off without affecting the normal operation of other circuits. |
