Working Principle: As an electro-hydraulic conversion element in the DEH system, the working principle of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is based on the interaction between electromagnetic force and hydraulic force. When the DEH system sends a control signal, the signal is first amplified and transmitted to the electromagnet part of the electro-hydraulic servo valve. After receiving the signal, the electromagnet generates a corresponding electromagnetic force, which acts on the valve core of the servo valve through a mechanical structure, thereby changing the position of the valve core. The movement of the valve core will adjust the flow path and flow rate of the hydraulic oil, thereby controlling the opening of the turbine valve. In this process, the electro-hydraulic servo valve not only plays a role in power amplification, but also realizes the precise conversion of electrical signals to hydraulic signals. |
