The oil pump 100AY120*2 is a multi-stage centrifugal oil pump with diverse structures, excellent performance, and convenient installation and maintenance. This pump is suitable for conveying oil products that do not contain solid particles and have temperatures between -20 ºC and 150 ºC.
 

 

Structure:
The shell adopts a radial split design, and the installation method is supported by a horizontal centerline. The inlet and outlet flanges are vertical upwards, and the shaft seal can use soft packing or mechanical sealing. The bearing body is equipped with a set of radial ball bearings and a set of thrust ball bearings installed back-to-back, lubricated with thin oil. For the convenience of maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the suction or discharge pipeline. The impeller, bearings, shaft seals, and other components can be easily removed by extending the coupling with elastic pin or elastic diaphragm coupling.
 

The oil pump 100AY120*2 has the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, and long service life. By changing the material of the pump (or the material of the pump's flow passage), sealing form, and adding a cooling system, hot water, oil, corrosive, and abrasive containing media can be transported. The allowable inlet pressure of each pump shall not exceed 0.6MPa.
