The special bolt heater is manufactured according to the specific geometric dimensions of the bolt. Users need to provide parameters such as the bolt outer diameter, hole diameter, and total length when ordering. The heating rod is suitable for the assembly and disassembly of steam turbine bolts and other large bolts of pressure vessels. The models and specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.

 

Technical parameters:
The rated working voltage of the electric heater is 220±20V. DC 100V, low voltage 50V;
The center line straightness of the electric heater with an insertion length of less than 1m is not greater than Ø0.3mm; the center line straightness of the insertion length of 1-2m is not greater than Ø0.4mm;
The diameter deviation of the insertion part is -0.20mm/-0.50mm;
The length deviation of the insertion part is ±5mm, the heating length deviation is ±5mm, and the bottom cold end length is 25-30mm;
The electric heater is required to heat evenly during use, and local overheating is not allowed.
