| The HPS150 expansion indicator is an important device specially used to monitor the expansion of thick-walled pressure vessels such as steam drums during ignition and pressure increase. It can monitor the expansion of evaporation equipment in real time, promptly detect deformation caused by improper ignition and pressure increase or poor installation and maintenance, and prevent safety hazards such as cracks and leaks in evaporation equipment due to uneven expansion. The HPS150 expansion indicator is based on the principle of thermal expansion and contraction and the displacement generated by dynamic and static separation. During the process of heating and pressure increase, the heated element will undergo thermal expansion, and this change can be recorded by the expansion indicator. If the expansion of the heated element is hindered, it may cause deformation or damage, especially the weld part.
