Filter EH30.00.003 is applied to the outlet filter element of the oil pump in the fire resistant oil device of the steam turbine system. It is a type of filter element with a flow rate of 90L/min and an accuracy of 10 μ The coarse filter element of m. The filter EH30.00.003 is used for low-pressure filters. The cover, handle, and shell of the filter are made of aluminum alloy, and the center rod and optional mounting bracket are made of carbon steel. There are two types of filter seals to meet different working conditions.

Applications and Features:

The filter EH30.00.003 is mainly suitable for filtering metal particles, dust, water and other impurities in EH oil, reducing equipment wear and avoiding the deterioration of fire-resistant fuel. The oil filter element EH30.00.003 is suitable for various sizes of steam turbines, such as 220MW, 300MW, 480MW, etc., to maintain the normal operation of steam turbines and improve work efficiency. EH oil in the fire-resistant fuel system is a triaryl phosphate grease, characterized by a transparent appearance like water, a light yellow color visible to the naked eye, no sediment, non volatile, wear-resistant, and physically stable. Its normal operating temperature is 20-60 ºC. The fire-resistant oil used in the electro-hydraulic control system of power plants is a pure phosphate liquid that is resistant to combustion, and its flame retardancy is one of its outstanding characteristics, which is phosphate ester.
