The relief valve DB10-1-30/31.5 is a pilot controlled two section concentric relief valve, mainly composed of a pilot valve and a main valve, both of which are cone valve structures. This relief valve is mainly used as a relief valve, safety valve, remote pressure regulating valve, etc. It is widely used in various fields such as light industry, machine tools, metallurgy, mining, aerospace, etc. Its main function is to control the pressure of the system.
Working principle: The pressure oil in chamber A acts on the lower end of the main valve core while acting on the upper end of the main valve core and the cone valve of the pilot valve through a damper. When the system pressure exceeds the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the cone valve is opened. At the same time, the pressure oil at the upper end of the main valve core flows back to chamber B through dampers, channels, spring chambers, and channels, or back to the oil tank through the external discharge port. In this way, the pressure oil generates a pressure difference on the main valve core through damping, and the main valve core opens under this pressure difference. At this time, under the set pressure, the pressure oil flows from chamber A to chamber B for unloading.
The relief valve DB10-1-30/31.5 is equipped with control oil external supply and discharge ports. Different combination forms can be selected according to needs, including internal supply and internal discharge, internal supply and external discharge, external supply and internal discharge, and external supply and external discharge. The relief valve adopts a cast inner flow channel, which has strong flow capacity and large flow rate.
