LVDT displacement sensor is a high-performance linear displacement sensor based on the principle of differential inductance. It is suitable for accurate monitoring and protection of oil motor stroke and valve position. The sensor converts the mechanical quantity of linear movement into electrical quantity to realize automatic monitoring and control of displacement.
The TD-1 sensor has the advantages of small size, high accuracy, stable performance, good reliability and long life. It can adapt to the ambient temperature of the power plant as high as 80°C to 120°C, and can run continuously for multiple turbine overhaul cycles without replacement and maintenance. It has high durability and reliability.
During use, the alignment of the linear displacement sensor should be strictly ensured. If the alignment deviation and tilt deviation of the sensor exceed the maximum tilt angle required by the product during installation and use, the test results will be greatly affected. Precautions for installation and use of LVDT displacement sensors:
When installing, it is necessary to install the sensor on a flat surface. The sensor should not be close to the conductive metal, usually at a distance of more than 20mm. It should not be close to strong magnetic fields or currents, and the sensor should not be partially placed inside a closed conductor.
