Electric heaters GYY-1.2-380V/3 play a vital role in the steam turbine system of modern power plants, especially in the heating management of fire-resistant oil (EH oil) tanks. As a special fuel oil, EH oil plays an indispensable role in the startup, shutdown and emergency operation stages. However, due to its special physical properties, it is very easy to solidify in low temperature environments, which will not only block the oil circuit and affect the oil supply efficiency, but also may damage the combustion equipment, and even hinder the normal startup and operation of the entire steam turbine system in severe cases. Therefore, the core task of the electric heater is to prevent the EH oil from solidifying and ensure that it always remains in liquid state to ensure the smooth operation of the steam turbine system.
