The eddy current sensor DWQZ is an efficient, non-contact linear measurement tool widely used in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, and metallurgy for dynamic and static non-contact displacement measurement of large rotating machinery such as steam turbines, water turbines, blowers, compressors, gearboxes, and large cooling pumps.
The DWQZ series eddy current sensor consists of three parts: a DWQZ probe, a DWQZ extension cable, and a DWQZ preamplifier. It has the advantages of good long-term reliability, wide measurement range, high sensitivity, high resolution, fast response speed, strong anti-interference ability, and is not affected by oil and other media.
eddy current sensor DWQZ can be applied to radial vibration measurement, which can indicate the working condition of bearings and detect mechanical faults such as rotor imbalance, misalignment, and shaft cracks; It can also be applied to axial position measurement, indicating the wear of thrust bearings or the possibility of potential bearing failure; It can also be used to measure the average radial position of the shaft in the bearing, determine the azimuth angle, and indicate whether the speed is stable and whether the shaft is aligned; At the same time, it can be applied to eccentricity measurement. For large and small turbine machinery, the bending of the shaft, i.e. eccentricity, needs to be measured during startup; In addition, it can also be applied to keyphasor signals for measuring the rotational speed and phase angle of the shaft.
