Displacement sensors TDZ-1C-03 are widely used in the control system of steam turbines to monitor and control the travel of oil motors. By accurately measuring the travel of oil motors, the sensor helps to improve the operating efficiency and safety of steam turbines. It can be used in conjunction with the oil motor monitor to provide functions such as remote indication of valve position travel, alarm and constant current output.

Technical parameter:
1. Linear range: 0-1000mm.
2. Linearity: ± 0.5% of full stroke.
3. Working temperature: -40~150 ºC (conventional)
-40~210 ºC (high temperature)
4. Sensitivity coefficient: ± 0.03% FSO./ºC
5. Leads: Six polytetrafluoroethylene insulated sheathed cables, external stainless steel sheathed hoses.
6. Vibration tolerance: 20g to 2 kHz.
Precautions for installation and use of LVDT displacement sensors:
When installing, it is necessary to install the sensor on a flat surface. The sensor should not be close to the conductive metal, usually at a distance of more than 20mm. It should not be close to strong magnetic fields or currents, and the sensor should not be partially placed inside a closed conductor.
