| The float valve FL-006 is mainly composed of a valve body, a piston, a needle plug, a transmission mechanism and a ball valve. When the oil level in the oil tank drops, the buoyancy of the float decreases, and the force of the needle plug to the right is greater than the force of the float buoyancy to the left, the needle plug moves to the right, opens the center hole of the piston, and the pressure oil in the upper chamber of the piston is discharged to the vacuum oil tank. The pressure oil in the middle chamber of the piston pushes the piston to the right, and the valve opens to replenish oil to the oil tank. This process realizes the automatic control of the oil level in the oil tank and ensures that the oil level in the oil tank is within the specified range. |
