The YOXM-560 hydraulic coupling, as an indispensable power transmission component in modern mechanical equipment, has become the preferred solution for connecting power transmission between motors and reducers due to its unique design advantages and efficient working performance. This coupling adopts advanced hydraulic transmission principles and achieves flexible adjustment and efficient transmission of torque and speed through changes in the kinetic energy of the working fluid (usually oil medium) circulating internally. It is particularly suitable for equipment that requires smooth starting, overload protection, and large load fluctuations.

The YOXM-560 mining hydraulic coupling effectively absorbs the impact and vibration at the moment of startup through the flexible transmission characteristics of the liquid, making the equipment startup process smoother, greatly reducing the mechanical stress on the motor and transmission system, and reducing noise pollution during operation. When the transmission system encounters unexpected overload, the hydraulic coupling can automatically slip and limit the torque transmitted to the motor, thereby protecting the motor from damage and ensuring the safe operation of the entire system.

The YOXM-560 hydraulic coupling adopts a design where the motor shaft and reducer shaft are directly inserted into the coupling holes and flange holes, and is connected with elastic plum blossom pads or nylon pins.
