G631-3014B-5 servo valve is a key component of system control. It is responsible for accurately converting the electrical control signal from the DEH system into a hydraulic signal, thereby achieving fine adjustment of the turbine valve opening. This product is an electro-hydraulic servo valve designed specifically for the steam turbine DEH system. It integrates advanced electro-hydraulic conversion technology and precise manufacturing technology to ensure stable and reliable control performance under extreme working conditions.
 
Working Principle:

As an electro-hydraulic conversion element in the DEH system, the working principle of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is based on the interaction between electromagnetic force and hydraulic force. When the DEH system sends a control signal, the signal is first amplified and transmitted to the electromagnet part of the electro-hydraulic servo valve. After receiving the signal, the electromagnet generates a corresponding electromagnetic force, which acts on the valve core of the servo valve through a mechanical structure, thereby changing the position of the valve core. The movement of the valve core will adjust the flow path and flow rate of the hydraulic oil, thereby controlling the opening of the turbine valve. In this process, the electro-hydraulic servo valve not only plays a role in power amplification, but also realizes the precise conversion of electrical signals to hydraulic signals.

Application:

It is widely used in steam turbine DEH systems of various large and small thermal power generating units to accurately control the load and speed of steam turbines. In the coordinated control logic (CCS), the electro-hydraulic servo valve receives the total valve position signal from the DEH system, and after internal logic calculation and judgment, it outputs a hydraulic signal to control the opening of the steam turbine valve, thereby achieving precise regulation of the steam turbine load and speed. In addition, this product is also suitable for other industrial fields that require high-precision electro-hydraulic control, such as aviation, aerospace, ships, etc.
