Product Description

LXF-100/1.6C/P three-way valve is a new type of three-way valve used in fluid pipelines. It consists of a three-way valve body with three ports connected to the valve chamber and a regulating component with a valve core. The first and second sealing ports leading to the first and second ports in the valve chamber are respectively equipped with sealing elements on both sides of the valve core, which is located in the middle position between the first and second sealing ports in the valve chamber. By adjusting the position of the valve core and its seal, the valve can have functions such as confluence, diversion, bidirectional shut-off, or unidirectional diversion. In addition, the valve also has anti-theft function.

 
Principle: The LXF-100/1.6C/P valve is composed of a three-way valve body with three ports connected to the valve chamber and a regulating component with a valve core. The first and second sealing ports leading to the first and second ports in the valve chamber are respectively equipped with sealing elements on both sides of the valve core, which is located in the middle position between the first and second sealing ports in the valve chamber.


Operation: By adjusting the position of the valve core and its seal, make the LXF-100/1.6C/P valve have the functions of merging, diverting, bidirectional cut-off, or unidirectional diverting. Operators can adjust the position of the valve core by rotating the valve handwheel or using electric, pneumatic or other driving methods.


The applicable range of LXF-100/1.6C/P three-way valve is as follows:
1. Suitable for media such as water, oil, air, gas, etc.
2. Applicable temperature: -20 ºC~180 ºC (special material valve body can withstand higher temperatures).
3. Applicable pressure: 1.6MPa (special material valve body can withstand higher pressure).
4. Applicable pipeline specifications: DN15~DN100 (customizable according to customer needs).
