| The working principle of JCAJ014 filter element is based on advanced physical filtration technology. When the oil enters the oil purification device from the turbine main oil tank through the bypass pipe, the multi-layer filter media inside the filter element comes into play. These media are composed of fiber layers of different materials and pore sizes, which can gradually intercept and remove impurities in the oil. First, larger particles are captured by the coarse filter layer on the surface; then, medium-sized particles are intercepted by the intermediate transition layer; and finally, tiny particles and pollutants are captured by the innermost fine filter layer. This process ensures that the cleanliness of the oil after passing through the filter element is significantly improved. At the same time, the special design of the filter element can effectively prevent clogging and maintain continuous filtration efficiency. |
