The 34B*H6B-T solenoid valve is an electromagnetic directional valve that directly controls the opening and closing of the valve through an electromagnet. It is used in hydraulic systems to control the direction of liquid flow and achieve functions such as starting, stopping, and directional control of the actuator. This type of valve can also be used as a pilot valve in high-power hydraulic systems. It has multiple specifications, including 6-way and 10 way two-way, two-way four-way, three-way and other models.
When installing the 34B*H6B-T solenoid valve, the following points should be noted:
1. Spring free valves should be installed horizontally and use a separate return oil pipeline. For two position offset valves with springs, the electromagnet should be facing downwards when installed vertically.
2. Valves should not be supported by pipelines, and threads should not be coated with paint or hemp.
3. Ensure sufficient space for manual operation and valve disassembly during installation.
4. For valves that have been under working pressure for a long time, manual operation should be carried out regularly to prevent immobility caused by oil viscosity.
For older models of solenoid valves, if a two position two way valve is required, one of the A and B oil ports of a two position four way valve can be blocked, but the T oil port must be connected to the return pipe. A valve with a diameter of 10 has two T-ports, and one can be selected to be connected to the return pipe when in use. The T-port of this valve must be connected to the return oil circuit, and the maximum allowable back pressure is 6.3MPa.
