The main function of the coal mill roller sealing duct MG20.11.23 is to prevent coal powder from entering the roller, thereby protecting the mechanical parts of the roller from wear and damage caused by coal powder. During the operation of the coal mill, a large amount of coal powder will be generated when the roller contacts the coal. If this coal powder enters the roller, it will cause the mechanical parts of the roller to become stuck and damaged. By supplying air to the roller air seal ring, the roller sealing duct can maintain a sufficiently high air pressure in the air seal ring, effectively preventing coal powder from entering the roller. In addition, the design of the sealing duct can also help maintain the sealing inside the coal mill and reduce the leakage of air and powder.
