Structure:
The pump mainly consists of a volute, the driving end and the non-driving end covers, shaft, impeller, bearing housing, sealing components, and so on. The shaft is supported by a single-row cylindrical roller bearing at the driving end and a single-row angular contact ball bearing at the non-driving end. The impeller is axially positioned by adjusting the nut and key, and the replaceable stationary wearing ring reduces leakage. It utilizes a mechanical seal to ensure reliability and sealing of the pump.
Working Principle:
The working principle of the HZB253-640-02-01 booster pump is based on its double-suction design, which allows it to simultaneously intake fluid from both sides, thereby improving suction efficiency. The lubrication system is provided by an oil slinger ring to ensure sufficient lubrication of the bearings during operation.
