The QBJ-TD-2 thermal expansion sensor is used for monitoring the thermal expansion of steam turbines. The QBJ-TD-2 sensor is a high-precision measurement device designed specifically for monitoring the thermal expansion of steam turbines.

Its core components include the following key parts:
Housing: The housing of the QBJ-TD-2 sensor is made of high-quality stainless steel or alloy materials, which have excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring the stability and durability of the sensor under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure of the steam turbine.
Elastic element: As the core component of the sensor, the elastic element is made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials that are the same or similar to the outer shell. Its design enables small shape changes to occur during temperature changes, which are converted into measurable thermal expansion data through the connection between elastic components and mechanical pointers.
Mechanical pointer: The mechanical pointer of the QBJ-TD-2 sensor is refined from magnetic stainless steel material, and its position changes precisely with the deformation of the elastic element. The pointer is connected to the outer dial of the casing through a magnetic rod, ensuring accurate transmission of measurement results.
