| The temporary filter screen of the gas turbine ASME-600-200A is a temporary filtering device designed for the combustion system of heavy-duty gas turbines in natural gas power plants, aiming to ensure the stable operation of the gas turbine during the trial operation. In the combustion system of heavy-duty gas turbines, natural gas as a fuel needs to be strictly cleaned to ensure its combustion efficiency and environmental performance. Due to the complex gas distribution structure inside the burner and the small holes with a diameter of only 1mm at the end of the nozzle, extremely high requirements are placed on the clean quality of natural gas. The temporary filter screen of the gas turbine ASME-600-200A is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy materials to adapt to the high temperature and high pressure gas environment. It can effectively block and filter out tiny particle impurities in the gas and remove impurities such as welding slag and dust left in the gas due to construction. At the same time, the design operating temperature of the temporary filter screen is 150 degrees Celsius and the design flow rate is 67500kg/h, which can meet the clean quality requirements of natural gas during the trial operation of the gas turbine. After the trial operation of the gas turbine, the temporary filter screen will be removed to ensure the unobstructed gas pipeline system. By installing and using temporary filters for gas turbines, the burner nozzles can be effectively protected from being clogged by impurities, ensuring stable operation and efficient power generation of heavy-duty gas turbines. |
