Oil resistant rubber gasket is a material with excellent oil resistance, hydrogen permeation resistance, high temperature resistance, and aging resistance. It is used for sealing and oil circuit systems inside generators, preventing hydrogen leakage, and ensuring the sealing and insulation of the internal oil of the generator.

 

Product Features of Oil resistant rubber gasket

1. Oil resistance: The most significant feature is that it can resist various types of oil, including mineral oil, grease, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, etc., and does not dissolve, expand or soften after long-term exposure.

2. Chemical resistance: In addition to oil, it is also resistant to most chemicals such as acids, bases, solvents, saltwater, and alcohols, making it suitable for multiple chemical working conditions.

3. High temperature resistance: According to the formula, it can withstand high temperature environments, such as heat-resistant oil vapors and high-temperature oil media, and the working temperature range may be from -0 ºC to+200 ºC or higher.

4. Wear resistance and tear resistance: Excellent physical properties, long-term use without wear, maintaining shape, high ductility and tear strength, reducing the risk of damage.

5. Low compression deformation: maintains good elasticity under long-term pressure, is not easily deformed, has good recovery ability, and ensures effective sealing.
