The SD61H-P6158V isolation valve for high temperature reheater of power station boiler is a special valve designed for high temperature reheater system of power station boiler. It is used for isolation of static water pressure test on outlet and inlet steam pipes of boiler reheater, and diversion during normal operation. The valve adopts advanced sealing technology and materials to ensure excellent sealing performance and durability under high temperature and high pressure conditions. With the interchangeable plugging plate and guide sleeve design, the valve can be used for water pressure test and can also be used as a diversion device for normal use of pipelines. |
| Technical features 1. The valve adopts a self-sealing structure with mid-cavity pressure to ensure reliable sealing effect under high temperature and high pressure conditions. 2. Dual functions of diversion and pressure test: During the water pressure test, plugging plate, O-ring and support plate are installed to achieve the sealing function. After the water pressure test is completed, the pressure test internals are removed and the diversion pipe internals are installed as diversion devices during normal use of the pipeline. 3. All internals are installed from the top for easy use and maintenance. The center and upper part of the plugging plate are designed with pressure test seal pre-tightening bolts, which can be pre-tightened with a universal wrench without special tools. 4. Corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials: The valve body material is made of forgings or castings, and the self-sealing ring is made of high-temperature resistant flexible graphite and stainless steel wire composite materials to ensure a long-lasting sealing effect. |
