Product Description

The YF-B10H2-S relief valve adopts a balanced piston mechanism and pressure adjustment is handwheel type. It works reliably, has stable performance, and has advantages such as small volume, light weight, easy maintenance, and low noise. It is an important component in the hydraulic system, which can make the pressure set by the hydraulic system control close to constant or prevent system pressure overload, playing a safety role.

1. This sampling valve can operate normally within a pressure range of ≤ 31.5MPa. The ambient temperature is -20 ºC~+65 ºC, and the working medium is N32 or N46 hydraulic oil, etc. Normal oil temperature 50 ± 5 ºC, kinematic viscosity 17-32mm2/s, filtration accuracy not less than 30 μ M.

2. For the convenience of operation, valve covers with threaded and flange connections can be installed at 90 ºC positions around them, and plate connections can be installed at any of the three 90 ºC positions.

3. Rotating the pressure regulating handwheel can change the set pressure of the valve. When turning to the right, the pressure increases, and when turning to the left, the pressure decreases. Replacing the spring can provide different pressure adjustment ranges.

4. When used for remote control, high and low voltage multi-stage control or load control, the M18X1.5 screw plug of the remote control port can be unscrewed. Connect the control oil circuit.

5. The P port of this series of valves is the inlet port. O port is the oil spill port, and K port is the external control port.
